Hydrogen transfer high flow polymerization raises the value of PP
it was learned in an interview with China Petroleum and Petrochemical Research Institute on June 10 that the performance of h9018, a special material for high flow thin-wall injection polypropylene (PP) developed by the Institute in cooperation with Lanzhou Petrochemical langang company, has been further recognized by users, with a cumulative output of 20000 tons this year and an efficiency of 16million yuan. This is the first time that domestic enterprises have applied the hydrogen modulation high flow polymerization technology to mass produce thin-walled injection molded polypropylene resin with a melt flow rate greater than 50g/10min
the user test and application results show that the performance of h9018 product has reached the advanced level of the worldwide transmission market growth expected to be about 3% of similar foreign products (2014 ⑵ 018 compound annual growth rate). Compared with the imported material hi828, h9018 product has the advantages of good processing performance, easy molding, high product straightness, good appearance, rigidity and toughness, and other properties are equivalent to hi828. Last year, the cumulative production and sales of h9018 products exceeded 70000 tons, accounting for more than 1/4 of the domestic market share. The product price is 800-100 higher than other polypropylene resin products. This summer, 0 yuan/ton, which can add more than 35million yuan of economic benefits to PetroChina every year. This product has been selected by the majority of users of CNPC in the process of selection according to their own conditions. The company recognizes that the sensor adopted by Shanghai trustida Instrument Co., Ltd. is American, with high precision, and can generally be used for more than 150000 times to innovate important products
