Yunnan realizes large-scale production of hydrogen peroxide

recently, Yunnan Luxi Dawei Coking Co., Ltd. successfully commissioned a hydrogen peroxide unit with an annual output of 50000 tons (50%) and produced qualified hydrogen peroxide products on May 16, ending the history of no hydrogen peroxide production enterprises in Yunnan Province, Filling it is not only an indispensable basic production link for a large number of industrial and agricultural products, but also fills the gap in the large-scale production of hydrogen peroxide products in Yunnan Province

the 50000 T/a hydrogen peroxide unit with a total investment of 200million yuan and started construction in April 2011 is a continuation project of the original 950000 T/a coking plant of Luxi Coking Co., Ltd. adding its mechanical function engineering supporting device through appropriate heat treatment process. Because coke oven gas contains more hydrogen and less carbon, the project adopts anthraquinone method to produce hydrogen peroxide on a large scale through pressure swing adsorption, hydrogenation process, oxidation process, extraction, concentration, purification process, post-treatment process, wastewater and other treatment processes. The process configuration is advanced, the degree of automation is high, and the technology is mature and reliable

the completion of this project will help to make full use of the abundant hydrogen in coke oven gas, optimize the enterprise industrial chain, improve the technical level of coal chemical industry and speed up the adjustment of product structure. 4.
